Taking a break

I haven't been posting much lately and have decided to take a break. I have some serious stuff happening in my personal life that is over whelming at the moment. I will be checking Tri Shannon's blog for her Iron Man results (she is one of my hero's and I mean that). I will be back I just not sure when that will be at this time.

I need to focus on my running and more importantly my children who I love above everything.

I hope that everything will be okay. I hope it wasn't the pressure of being THE WEDDING CRASHER that has caused everything to be overwhelming :)
